License Agreement

1. Parties and scope

This License Agreement is between Yuriy Gubkin ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee"). It governs your access to and use of any application, integration, script, website component, or related software product made available by the Licensor.

2. Grant of license

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the software solely for its intended business or personal purpose.

3. Permitted use

• You may use the software only in accordance with its documented functionality and any instructions provided by the Licensor.
• You may use the software only for lawful purposes and only in connection with accounts, systems, and data that you are authorized to access.
• You may make internal business use of outputs generated by the software, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

4. Restrictions

• You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the software available to third parties except as expressly allowed in writing.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• You may not remove copyright notices, attribution, or proprietary markings.
• You may not use the software in a way that interferes with its operation, security, or the systems of any third-party service provider.

5. Third-party services

The software may connect to third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, or messaging services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and technical limitations.

6. Data access and responsibility

If the software accesses your account or data through authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, you remain responsible for the permissions you grant, the actions initiated through the software, and the legality of the data processing you request.

7. Intellectual property

The software, website, and all related materials remain the exclusive property of the Licensor or the Licensor's licensors. This Agreement grants a right to use the software only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Updates and changes

The Licensor may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the software at any time. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, the Licensor has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, or new features.

9. Term and termination

This license begins when you first access or use the software and continues until terminated. The Licensor may terminate or suspend the license immediately if you violate this Agreement or if continued access creates legal, technical, or security risk. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use of the software.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the software, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
